BlueCrest Recruitment are recruiting for a very fast growing, International and well known media giant based in London.

Based in fantasic offices, The culture is excellent and this role essentially is a gateway for the opportunity to progress quickly - and there are many examples of this.

The successful Assistant Management Accountant will be a candidate with work experience as either an existing Assistant Management Accountant or Finance assistant but who has experience with Intercompany and Balance Sheet reconciliations.

You will be working on International entities which makes this role very exciting and a very meaty role which will Excel you as a Part Qualified Accountant.

Furthermore the client is willing to invest in training the successful candidate given that they know certain aspects of the role.

The successful candidate must know their Debits and Credits.

The Assistant Management Accountant will be looking at

They will have to communicate with various company stakeholders as part of this role is within the commercial team -

You will be involved in the preparation of journals on a monthly basis, these include the likes of Accruals and Prepayments
You will be reconciling all the balance sheet accounts
Reconciling all intercompany balances clearing any discrepancies before month end close.
To prepare business performance information - training provided
Involved in the budget and reforecast process and group information
Involved in preparing statutory accounts,
Point of contract for Auditors on basic information
Cashflow management and Budget (Periodic, consolidated)
Liaising with the international finance team.
You will preparing the monthly consolidated pack including the commentary, analysing the figures against budget
KPI dashboard and Cashflow forecasting
Working on ORACLE AND Essbase Systems. Oracle experience would be a bonus.


A willingness to learn and being able to have broad shoulders to absorb and implement feedback for a fast progressive career.

Accounting experience including Balance Sheet reconciliations, Intercompany and some month end work. Budgets and Forecasting experience isn’t necessary

Can demonstrate excellent team working skills- in terms of building relationships within the organisation quickly.

Understanding and use of Excel especially V-look up’s and Pivot Tables.
