Growth rate is over 50% annually and this growth is set to continue.

This role reports to the Group CFO, and have ownership of the budgeting and

forecasting process and you will manage the financial reporting for a growing

number of stakeholders.


Responsibilities include:

Produce the monthly consolidated Management Information working alongside the Group Finance Manager to ensure accuracy and consistency
Continually adapt and improve management reporting and KPIs to meet the needs of the business and senior team
Consolidate the annual budget, including long-term cash flow planning, for the Group and rolling business plan/forecast information for subsequent years
Having a lead role in Budgeting and Forecasting process
Use Netsuite ERP system
Business analysis on specified areas, including routine matters and new projects as needed
Business Partnering with a number of stakeholders including Senior Marketing and Sales personnel and Directors
Involved with the preparation of year end accounts, liaising with auditors as required
Working with local advisors, preparing annual statutory accounts for various Operating Companies.
Work with Systems Accountant to optimise NetSuite processes and controls.
Working alongside the Group Finance Manager and regional Finance Directors, address data inaccuracies to ensure reliability of management reports and KPIs
Requirements

Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with relevant PQE (one year’s experience within a group function)
Advanced level MS Excel (Pivot tables, arrays, modelling, charting, auditing) and financial modelling skills
Skilled at sourcing, merging and manipulating large volumes of data to meet specific needs
Exceptional relationship skills are required; must be able to establish and grow relationships with primary and executive-level contacts and assert influence over colleagues
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Self-starter with strong technical, analytic and problem solving skills.
Experience in Technology sector would be an advantage
