BlueCrest Recruitment are recruiting for a Group Financial Analyst very fast growing and already established International media company based in Central London.

The Group Financial Analyst supports the Group CFO and Accountants in preparing group consolidated reports which range from specific Management information, Budgets, CashFlow Forecasts. A strong focus will be on the various financial analysis and financial modelling for the regional entities and the wider Group

The successful Group Finance analyst will be a candidate who has gained solid experience within the Analysis field and data manipulation and Group reporting

The successful candidate will be integral to the team in being responsible for important Management information. The role is demanding and challenging and will suit someone who has excellent multi-tasking skills. This would suit a systems savvy individual who has modelling experience.

Responsible for the final consolidated Group information to the Group CFO, confirming figures with the GL.
Daily communication with the various Finance teams, to explain key variance analysis and the reasons behind large variance between budgets and forecasts.
Responsible for the preparation of the Board Report for month end
Preparing the weekly consolidated Group cashflow forecasts
Assisting with revenue reports and costs analysis
Responsible for some reconciliations if required, almost all will be prepared by the European finance team.
Balance Sheet and P&L analysis.
Commentaries on the results from Consolidated Group budgets and reforecasts,
Involved in detailed financial modelling
Preparing Group intercompany balance reconciliations
Ensures all intercompany reconciliations are sound and any revenue billings are kept up to date
Responsible for instilling the financial processes and reporting deadlines to the regions and HQ.
Involved in project tracking
Playing a vital role in the major re-implementation of the finance system.

An Analyst who has experience of Financial modelling and experience of delivering high level Management information to senior stakeholders.
Systems experience is also key including Systems implementations/upgrades
Part qualified Accountant, ACCA, CIMA or International equivalent
Can demonstrate excellent team working skills
Understanding and use of Excel especially modelling
