An excellent progressive Data Analyst / Business Analyst role has just come up for an Premium Marketing agency working with an enviable client list . This role is based in London.
A truly excellent role for a candidate wishing to progress in the Data Analysis field.

The Business Analyst should have experience of working within a data environment and the key aims is to align raw client data considering best business practice with more2 requirements. Essentially you will act as a bridge between the technical team and the client.

Role and responsibilities

Conducting Client interviews and meetings to help them to clarify their requirements and convert these into viable business and data requirements.
To ensure values are delivered.
To ensure all agreements are in place from all parties
Resolve project risks and/or issues.
Understanding the reporting suite.
To document end to end business processes and workflows as necessary.
Develop a toolkit of best practice templates
Interpreting data, Using basic SQL queries such as join tables etc.. map tables.
Verify raw client data.
Suggest data improvements where necessary.
Demonstrate an understanding of the user requirements creating a clear technical documentation.
Flexible and willing to take ownership in creating and maintaining documentation.


Run straightforward queries on SQL (Basic understanding)
Mapping processes; (As is and to be)
Data verification: understand what data is available; identifying gaps and links between tables.
Excellent time management skills
Significant experience in capture techniques.
Prioritisation of requirements and negotiation of “best fit” business solutions
Able to evidence processes definition; clear steps and tasks flow.
Excellent written skills
A high degree of personal motivation and resilience
The ability to speak confidently on technical subjects with limited preparation
