BlueCrest Recruitment are recruiting for a leading business based in North West London.

The successful Accounts Assistant will be responsible for processing Purchase and Sales invoices and also involved in the timely and accurate reconciliation of data.

The ideal candidate will have experience in processing high volumes of invoices and also you will have a track record of being accurate in your approach.

You will have to adhere to strict timelines and report well within these deadlines set.

If you have Payroll experience this will be a distinct advantage especially using ADP.
You will process timesheets and assist with the Payroll process before being given training on how to complete the process covering the manager’s absence.

This role is for a 9 month Maternity cover Fixed Term Contract; however this position could go permanent if the employee in question does not return to work.

There is parking on site too.
